Natural mugwort essential oil and flavonoid active extracts are added into viscose spinning dope during wet spinning process, firmly locked inside fiber cellulose structure instead of surface coating. It achieves persistent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, and the herbal function will not disappear easily after repeated washing.
1.33D fine denier delivers ultra-smooth, delicate and silky hand feel. Fabrics made from this fiber feature excellent drapability, no stiff texture. The fiber surface is smooth and skin-friendly, without irritation, perfectly suitable for close-fitting wear, infant textiles and sensitive skin crowd.
Derived from natural wood pulp cellulose, viscose owns superior moisture regain capacity. It rapidly absorbs sweat and excess moisture from skin surface and releases to outside air, avoiding sticky and damp feeling during wearing.
38mm staple length is classic universal specification for cellulosic fiber spinning. Fully compatible with ring spinning, vortex spinning and all mainstream nonwoven production equipment. Fiber has moderate crimp and good cohesion, stable running state on high-speed production lines.
This mugwort viscose fiber is made from renewable wood pulp resources. It can be completely biodegraded in soil without generating persistent microplastic pollution. Free of formaldehyde, heavy metals and harmful chemical additives.
The fiber carries mild natural mugwort fragrance without pungent chemical odor. It avoids synthetic antibacterial agent irritation risk. Widely used in health-care textiles targeting sub-health groups, maternity and infant products.
