Our 70D×72MM Virgin Polyester Staple Fiber is a customized coarse denier functional staple fiber, specially designed for mass production of rigid hard cotton. Manufactured with brand-new virgin PET chips, this fiber delivers outstanding rigidity and structural support that fine denier fiber cannot match.

With specification of 70D coarse denier and 72mm standard cut length, fiber owns proper mechanical crimp to achieve reliable cohesion. It guarantees flat and uniform web during carding and needle punching processes. After forming into hard cotton, the material maintains stable thickness under long-term pressure, effectively avoiding sagging and permanent deformation.
