Our 3D*38MM Cloudy Hollow Polyester Staple Fiber is a premium hollow filling staple fiber specially designed for comfortable textile padding. With standard specification of 3 denier fineness and 38mm staple length, each fiber features an independent hollow channel inside. The hollow structure traps static air to deliver superior thermal insulation and remarkable bulkiness.
Named Cloudy Fiber for its cloud-like fluffy touch, it maintains long-lasting resilience after repeated squeezing, effectively avoiding flattening and collapse compared with ordinary solid polyester fiber. Uniform mechanical crimp ensures great entanglement performance, easy opening and stable filling effect on automatic filling machines.
