Our 3D×32MM Aerogel Hollow Staple Fiber is a high-performance functional hollow fiber integrated with aerogel thermal insulation technology, featuring 3 denier fineness and 32mm fixed cut length.
Combining hollow fiber air locking structure with aerogel material's ultra-low thermal conductivity, this fiber achieves remarkable cold resistance and constant thermal insulation performance. Featured with ultra-light density and permanent hydrophobic characteristic, it repels moisture and water effectively. Unlike ordinary hollow filling fiber, it still maintains stable warmth retention under cold and humid conditions without losing insulation effect after dampening.
Uniform fiber crimp ensures great opening performance and consistent filling effect. Suitable for automatic filling machines and carding thermal bonding production lines.
