Product Description
Rich Purple Dope Dyed Viscose Staple Fiber
Product Overview

The 1.33D*38MM rich purple dope-dyed viscose staple fiber addresses core challenges of traditional colored viscose and post-dyeing production. This innovative solution eliminates common issues like uneven color, cylinder differences, low color fastness, and fading while offering superior environmental benefits.

Technical Advantages

Our dope dyeing technology integrates color masterbatch directly into the viscose spinning solution before fiber extrusion, ensuring color penetrates the fiber from the inside out. This results in uniform, penetrating color with excellent wash and light fastness (grade 4-5), eliminating fading and color bleeding even after repeated washing and long-term use.

The 1.33D fine denier specification provides enhanced product experience with finer, smoother fibers that produce superior yarns with low hairiness and fabrics with excellent drape and skin comfort.

Application Scenarios
  • Close-Fitting Apparel & Baby Textiles: Underwear, T-shirts, dresses, baby clothes and infant products

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the color dyed on the surface? Will it fade or bleed?
No, it adopts dope dyeing technology. Color pigments are mixed into the spinning solution before fiber formation, penetrating the entire fiber cross-section. It achieves grade 4-5 wash and light fastness, and will not easily fade, bleed or transfer onto other fabrics even after repeated washing.
What is the difference between dope-dyed fiber and post-dyed fabric?
Dope-dyed fiber has uniform color throughout, better color fastness, and minimal batch-to-batch color difference. It generates no dyeing wastewater, and eliminates the downstream dyeing process to shorten production cycles and reduce total costs. Post-dyed fabric faces higher risks of uneven shade, poor fastness and greater environmental impact.
Can this fiber be blended with cotton, modal or polyester?
Yes. The 38mm standard staple length has good blending compatibility. It can be blended with cotton, modal, polyester, wool and other fibers in different proportions to adjust fabric hand feel, performance and production cost.
Is it biodegradable? Is it safe for baby clothes and skin contact?
Yes. It is made from 100% virgin natural wood pulp, and can be fully biodegradable in natural environment. It is hypoallergenic, free of harmful chemicals and heavy metals, and meets relevant international textile safety standards, making it suitable for baby apparel and skin-contact products.
Will there be color difference between different batches of purple?
With a closed-loop dope dyeing process, color concentration is well controlled. Each batch undergoes strict color difference inspection with small color tolerance, effectively reducing the cylinder difference and batch-to-batch color variation common in post-dyeing production.
Can we get samples for color confirmation and spinning trial?
Yes, samples are available for color matching, hand feel evaluation, color fastness test and small-batch spinning trial. Please contact us to request sample details.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
For standard colors, goods are generally shipped within 3-7 working days for stock items. For custom colors and specifications, lead time is usually 7-15 working days after deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity.
