The 20D*51mm 2D crimped rigid brown black silicone-free polyester staple fiber addresses critical challenges in industrial rigid fiber applications. Standard soft low-denier fibers often lack sufficient stiffness, leading to sagging, flattening, and reduced product lifespan. Silicone-finished fibers commonly cause adhesion failure, delamination, and surface contamination during bonding processes.

This purpose-built product features a 2D crimped rigid structure with 20D coarse denier, delivering superior bending stiffness and supporting force. The two-dimensional crimp enables fibers to interlock, forming stable, dimensionally consistent webs that resist deformation under continuous load and compression.

The 100% silicone-free finish ensures seamless compatibility with water-based and solvent-based adhesives, acrylic resins, and hot melt glues.
