Product Overview
Our 1.4D×38MM mint cool polyester staple fiber is a high-performance summer functional textile raw material specially developed for cooling, odor-resistant and refreshing apparel industry. It perfectly solves three major challenges of common summer fabrics: hot sticky wearing experience, easy sweat odor generation and short-term disposable cooling effect.
Different from ordinary cooling fiber treated by post-spray finishing, our product integrates mint cooling particles and slow-release mint fragrance masterbatch into PET chips before melt spinning. The cooling and fresh scent functions become inherent fiber properties, which will not lose efficacy after repeated washing, realizing long-term stable cool and refreshing wearing effect.
