Definition:

Hollow polyester fiber is a kind of hollow fiver with high hollow structure which reduces the weight of the filling and contains a lot of air inside the fiber so that the filling is light and warm. Hollow Non-Conjugated non siliconized Fiber, which is made directly from PTA and MEG or Polyethylene Terephthalate Chips or from Polyethylene Terephthalate/ Polyester waste and post consumed PET bottles. It’s used for spinning yarns and making geotextiles, as well as fill pillow, stuff toys, cushions ,etc. Virgin fiber will be used in PTA, and recycled will be used Polyethylene Terephthalate. Hollow conjugated can be applied in the textile industry for fabrics, home textiles, thermal insulation materials, outdoor equipment, and more.

* Hollow Polyester Staple Fiber has better loft, recovery and warmth retention property than solid PSF, because there is a hole in single fiber, it can save some air inside the hollow area.

** Our hollow PSF is very easy to be carded and extraordinery at bonding with low melting fiber.
