Definition:
Flame Retardant Fibers is specially designed which is made directly from PTA and MEG or PET Chips or from PET/ Polyester waste and recycled PET bottles. This fiber has made from modified polyester and it can be used in different applications that require flame retardancy, for example: protective clothing, curtains, and upholstery. The Flame Retardant Fiber is produced using a very unique technique that allows for high flame resistance while maintaining the outstanding performance characteristics of polyester fibers.
