2:What's the minimum order Quantity(MOQ)?

Normally the MOQ is 10000 Kilograms/order but There are different MOQ for different products and price will vary with quantity, Higher the quantity lower the price will be. Please FEEL free to contact us everything can be negotiable.

3: Can I mix different items in one order?

Definitely, you can mix different products in one order.

4: Can I get samples?

Yes, we can provide samples with free of charge but freight cost will be charged. If you want more sample, some sample fee will be charged along with the freight cost. The sample fee can be refundable in the next order.

5: How can it guarantee your product quality?

Please try a trial order, you will know it. The MOQ is 10000 Kilograms/order, but the price will be lower if you order bulk volume. We have very experienced Quality Control team. We control not only productive process but also raw material. In addition, we have well-furnished showroom in our office. You are always welcome to visit our company.

6: Can I get my own design?

For Sure. We are a supplier of OEM/ODM products. Customer can provide us with their own design or original sample for reference. Our professional engineers and workers will collaborate to create new designs for you. OEM/ODM products requires it's own MOQ.

7: Can you offer customized packaging?

Products pack weight cannot be customized but package wrapping or labeling can be customized according to your requirements.

8: What is the payment terms.

For any standard products: 30% deposit on order, balance should be paid before delivery. For OEM/ODM products 100% deposit, L/C at sight and other terms can be negotiate, please feel free to contact us.

9: How about delivery period?

For the orders with stock it will take approximately 2-3 days after all specifications are finalized. For mass quantity, it usually takes about 15-25days, depending on the production schedule and order flow.

10: What's your discount policy?

The price always depends on the quantity of orders. The larger the quantity is, the lower the price will be.
