Our 1.56D×38MM spunlace grade polyester staple fiber is specially optimized for high-speed spunlace production lines. This specialized nonwoven raw material addresses common issues with ordinary polyester staple in spunlace processing, including nozzle clogging, excessive fly waste, uneven web formation, and linting.
