The 1.5D*6MM monocomponent intrinsic flame retardant short cut polyester fiber addresses long-standing challenges in the special paper and wet nonwoven industry. Conventional surface-coated flame retardant fibers often lose fire resistance during wet processing due to coating leaching, while uneven cutting length leads to poor dispersion, fiber clumps, and frequent paper defects.
