It adopts melt-spun built-in technology. Antibacterial and anti-mite factors are embedded into the fiber interior during melt spinning, not surface coated. They maintain stable performance for the entire service life without peeling off or washing away.
The antibacterial rate is ≥99% against common bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. The dust mite repellency rate reaches ≥90%, effectively inhibiting mite breeding.
After 50 standard washing cycles, the antibacterial rate still remains above 95%, with no obvious function attenuation. The performance is far superior to surface-coated post-finishing antibacterial fibers.
