The 15D×64MM 3D crimped flame retardant hollow polyester staple fiber is an upgraded filling material that solves common pain points of ordinary hollow filling fibers: insufficient loft, easy flattening, poor rebound, and surface-coated flame retardant that washes off easily.
Unlike ordinary straight single-hole hollow fiber, this product adopts a three-dimensional spiral crimp structure. Each fiber forms a natural spring-like shape, which interlocks with each other after opening to create a highly elastic three-dimensional network. This structure delivers significantly higher bulkiness, better shape retention and longer service life than straight hollow fiber.
The intrinsic copolymerization flame retardant technology integrates fire-resistant functional groups into the polyester molecular chain during polymerization. Unlike surface-coated FR fibers that easily lose effectiveness after washing or abrasion, this fiber maintains permanent, stable self-extinguishing performance.
