Different from low-cost post-finishing antibacterial fibers which rely on surface coating and have poor washing durability, this product embeds food-grade eco-friendly antibacterial and anti-mite factors into the interior of polyester fiber during the melt spinning process. The functional components are firmly combined with the fiber matrix, will not peel off or migrate during use and washing, and maintain stable performance for the entire product lifecycle.
In terms of physical properties, the single-hole hollow structure and 3D spiral crimp design bring excellent bulkiness and compression resilience. The hollow structure locks a large amount of static air, providing efficient thermal insulation effect while keeping the product light and burden-free.
The 6.67D coarse denier and 60mm cut length are optimized for industrial filling processing. The coarse denier fiber has strong supporting force and high filling efficiency, while the 60mm standard length is fully compatible with all mainstream carding, web forming and filling equipment.

Different from ordinary surface-coated antibacterial fibers which lose effect after several washes, this fiber integrates eco-friendly antibacterial and anti-mite factors into the fiber interior during the melt spinning stage. The functional components are firmly fixed inside the polymer matrix, maintaining stable antibacterial and mite-proof performance for the entire service life.
The built-in antibacterial agent achieves broad-spectrum inhibition of common pathogenic bacteria with antibacterial rate up to 99% and above. The safe mite repellent factor physically repels dust mites with a repellency rate of over 90%, solving common problems of mite breeding and allergy in long-term bedding use.
With 30%±5% hollowness, the fiber traps static air for natural thermal insulation. The 3D spiral crimp design provides outstanding compression resilience and bulkiness, forming a stable three-dimensional support structure that maintains fluffy performance for extended periods.
