Product Overview

Our 2.5D×51MM high tenacity low elongation polyester staple fiber is a high-performance industrial-grade fiber specially developed for scenarios with high requirements for mechanical strength, dimensional stability and durability.

Adopting high-viscosity virgin PET as raw material, through precision spinning, multi-stage drafting and heat setting process, it achieves the excellent combination of high strength, low elongation, low shrinkage and wear resistance. Widely used in industrial sewing thread, geotextile, filter material, webbing and other fields.

Technical Performance

Different from ordinary polyester staple fiber which has medium strength and high elongation, this HTLE fiber greatly improves molecular orientation and crystallinity. The breaking tenacity reaches above 4.8 cN/dtex, which is 30-40% higher than ordinary products, while elongation at break is only about 18%.

In terms of dimensional stability, the fiber undergoes sufficient heat setting treatment, with extremely low dry heat shrinkage. It maintains stable structural performance under long-term stress and high-temperature processing conditions.
