Our 2.5D×51MM high tenacity low elongation polyester staple fiber is a high-performance industrial-grade fiber specially developed for scenarios with high requirements for mechanical strength, dimensional stability and durability.
Adopting high-viscosity virgin PET as raw material, through precision spinning, multi-stage drafting and heat setting process, it achieves the excellent combination of high strength, low elongation, low shrinkage and wear resistance. Widely used in industrial sewing thread, geotextile, filter material, webbing and other fields.
Different from ordinary polyester staple fiber which has medium strength and high elongation, this HTLE fiber greatly improves molecular orientation and crystallinity. The breaking tenacity reaches above 4.8 cN/dtex, which is 30-40% higher than ordinary products, while elongation at break is only about 18%.
In terms of dimensional stability, the fiber undergoes sufficient heat setting treatment, with extremely low dry heat shrinkage. It maintains stable structural performance under long-term stress and high-temperature processing conditions.

Produced via high-viscosity PET spinning and multi-stage drafting process, this fiber achieves breaking tenacity of ≥4.8 cN/dtex, 30-40% higher than ordinary polyester staple fiber, while elongation at break is controlled at only 18%±3%.
With optimized heat setting process, the fiber has extremely low dry heat shrinkage rate (≤2.0% at 180°C), maintaining stable size under high temperature processing and long-term heating environment.
The high-modulus fiber structure brings excellent abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance. Wear resistance is more than twice that of ordinary polyester staple fiber, greatly extending finished product service life.
The 2.5D fine denier specification balances high strength and good spinnability. 51mm standard cut length is universally compatible with mainstream ring spinning, rotor spinning, and needle punching equipment.
Made of high-purity virgin PET polymer, the fiber has good resistance to acid, alkali, salt and most organic solvents, maintaining stable performance in chemical corrosion environments.
