Our 1.5D×38MM aerogel thermal insulation polyester staple fiber represents a new generation of high-efficiency cold-resistant functional fiber, bringing aerospace-grade aerogel thermal insulation technology into the textile field. Through an advanced melt blending process, nano aerogel particles are uniformly dispersed into the polyester fiber matrix, giving the fiber excellent thermal insulation performance unmatched by traditional fibers.
This innovative fiber features ultra-light weight, high warmth retention, slim profile, breathability, and wash resistance, making it the core raw material for upgrading high-end winter clothing, outdoor equipment, and functional home textiles.
Unlike traditional thermal insulation fibers that rely on thick fiber layers to trap static air for warmth, aerogel fiber builds a nano-scale thermal barrier from inside the fiber. Aerogel's unique nanoporous structure effectively immobilizes static air, greatly reducing heat conduction and convection, with thermal conductivity as low as ≤0.032 W/(m*K).
At the same thickness, its warmth retention effect is 2-3 times that of ordinary hollow polyester fiber, effectively resisting the invasion of external cold air and locking body heat, providing long-lasting and stable warmth protection for wearers in low-temperature and extreme cold environments.
The 1.5D ultra-fine denier design endows the fiber with an extremely soft and delicate hand feel. The finished thermal wadding or fabric has no stiff sensation, fits body curves well, and brings no sense of bondage or heaviness. Compared with traditional thick thermal clothing, aerogel fiber achieves the same warmth retention effect with 50% thinner thickness.
The porous structure and hydrophilic treatment ensure excellent moisture permeability, quickly discharging sweat during exercise, avoiding stuffiness and dampness, and maintaining a dry and comfortable thermal state.

Leveraging aerogel's unique nanoporous structure that locks static air and blocks heat conduction, this fiber achieves ultra-low thermal conductivity of ≤0.032 W/(m*K), delivering 2-3 times the warmth retention of ordinary hollow polyester fiber.
The 1.5D ultra-fine denier design gives the fiber an extremely soft, delicate and fluffy hand feel. When made into wadding or fabric, it fits closely to the body without stiff foreign-body sensation, and causes no skin irritation or discomfort.
The 38mm precision cut length is specially optimized for fine denier spinning and lightweight nonwoven production. Universally compatible with high-speed carding machines, needle punching lines, air laid equipment and ring spinning systems.
Achieves higher warmth retention with lighter weight and slimmer profile. At the same warmth level, required thickness is reduced by more than 50% compared with ordinary polyester wadding, effectively solving the problem of bulky traditional winter clothing.
Hydrophilic oiling agent and porous structure design quickly discharge sweat and moisture. Aerogel particles are firmly fixed inside the fiber matrix - after 20 standard washing cycles, warmth retention rate remains above 90% with no caking or deformation.
