Unlike ordinary low-melt fibers that only provide bonding capacity without fire-resistant performance, our product solves this industry point through intrinsic flame-retardant modification.
The sheath-core bicomponent structure ensures that under 180℃ thermal treatment, the outer co-polyester sheath softens and melts to bond adjacent fibers together, while the inner high-strength PET core remains solid to support the entire structure, preventing delamination and shape loss after compression or washing.
