Detailed Product Description
The 3D*64MM hollow down-like polyester staple fiber solves key pain points of traditional filling materials. Ordinary solid polyester fill is heavy, low in fluffiness and poor in warmth-to-weight ratio, and easily flattens over time. Natural down, while soft and warm, comes with high cost, allergy risks, complicated care requirements and a tendency to clump after washing.
This baby soft hollow fiber offers an optimal balance of performance, comfort and value. Its 3D crimped hollow structure creates numerous tiny air chambers that lock in body heat, delivering thermal insulation comparable to down at a much lighter weight. The three-dimensional crimp design also gives the fiber outstanding resilience and loft retention.
The 3D fine denier specification creates an exceptionally soft, smooth hand feel that is gentle enough for baby products. The 64mm medium staple length is optimized for mainstream fiber processing and filling equipment, ensuring uniform opening and consistent filling density.
Manufactured from 100% virgin polyester under strict quality control, it is free of harmful additives and fluorescent substances. It is hypoallergenic, odor-free and suitable for skin-contact and infant applications.

Is this real down? What is the difference from natural down?
No, it is a high-quality hollow polyester staple fiber designed to mimic the feel and warmth of natural down. Compared with natural down, it is hypoallergenic, more affordable, washable and easy to dry, with minimal clumping after laundering.
Will it clump or go flat after washing?
No. The 3D crimped hollow structure maintains good resilience and fluffiness after repeated washing. It dries quickly and recovers its loft fully, with far less clumping and matting than natural down or ordinary solid filling fibers.
