Our 2.5D*51MM Fluorine-Free & Fluorescent-Free Water Repellent Polyester Staple Fiber is an environmentally friendly functional polyester staple fiber developed to satisfy increasingly strict global textile environmental regulations.
Different from traditional fluorinated water repellent fibers containing PFAS/PFOA, we adopt non-fluorine hydrophobic finishing technology. The whole fiber avoids fluorine substances and optical fluorescent brighteners, eliminating risks of harmful substance migration. It complies with EU, North America and many international green textile certification requirements.
Specified at 2.5 denier fineness and 51mm standard fixed cut length, the fiber delivers stable spinnability, uniform water repellent effect and excellent compatibility with carding, thermal bonding and needle punching processes. It balances hydrophobic performance, hand feel and processing stability.
