The 15D*64MM intrinsic flame retardant hollow polyester staple fiber is a professional fire-safe filling material developed for industrial scenarios with mandatory fire safety requirements. Most conventional flame retardant filling fibers adopt surface spraying processes, where the flame retardant layer easily falls off, migrates, or washes away, leading to sharp decline of fire resistance after prolonged use.
They also typically produce heavy smoke and high toxic gas during combustion, posing secondary safety risks.
This product solves these industry challenges through intrinsic copolymerization technology. Flame retardant functional groups are directly embedded into the polyester molecular chain during polymerization, achieving permanent flame retardant effect that is not affected by washing, friction, or aging.
