Our 1.33D×38MM super absorbent facial mask staple fiber is professional cosmetic-grade hydrophilic polyester raw material, specially engineered for high-performance spunlace facial mask nonwoven production. It solves two core issues of ordinary polyester fiber: poor liquid absorption and stiff rough touch, helping beauty manufacturers produce high water-locking, ultra-soft premium mask sheets.
The fiber adopts internal graft hydrophilic modification technology rather than temporary surface coating treatment. The water-absorbing functional groups are fused into the fiber molecular skeleton permanently. Absorption performance will not degrade under long-term essence soaking, high-temperature spunlace processing or long inventory storage, guaranteeing stable quality for large-batch mask mass production.

Different from cheap surface-coated absorbent fibers that lose performance after washing or liquid soaking, we integrate hydrophilic functional molecular chains into the fiber internal structure during melt spinning. The super water-locking capability will not fade or fail during mass mask production and long-term storage.
Unique micro-capillary cross-section structure creates countless tiny liquid storage channels inside each fiber. The staple can absorb 6 to 8 times its own weight of mask serum, toner and nutrient liquid with strong locking effect against dripping.
1.33D ultra-fine denier delivers extremely delicate, silky cloud-like softness, far gentler than regular thick denier staple fibers. Zero rough friction or scratch feeling on sensitive facial skin.
Precision fixed 38mm cutting length with neat, smooth cuts and ultra-stable length uniformity. Minimal broken filaments and flying waste during high-speed carding and spunlace production lines.
Produced under closed-loop clean spinning workshops, no harmful bleaches, irritating softeners or residual chemical additives. Neutral pH value matches facial skin pH balance.
